Food Vendor

Festival Fee: $125

Included with Your Booth:

  • 1 table and 2 chairs
  • Electricity is available for an additional $50 (please select “Food Vendor Electricity” on your application). Vendors may also bring their own generator if needed.
  • Option to bring your own 10’ x 10’ tent or rent one from the Village for $150

Important: The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Equipment Requirements

Vendors must supply all equipment necessary for setup, including cooking equipment, utensils, display items, and containers.

Food Inspections & Permits

  • Inspections will begin at 10:00 AM on the day of the festival to ensure compliance with all applicable health and food safety regulations.
  • Once requirements are satisfied, a Temporary Food Permit will be issued, which must be posted and visible for the duration of the event.
  • Spot checks will be conducted throughout the event to ensure ongoing compliance.

Note: All food vendors should review and comply with the requirements set by the Will County Health Department.

Setup & Operational Hours

  • Booth access for setup begins at 8:00 AM on the day of the festival
  • All vendors must be ready for health department inspection by 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
  • Vehicles are not permitted on-site after 10:30 AM. Driving on grass for setup is strictly prohibited. Vendors are responsible for carrying all items into the event.
  • Vendors may not dismantle their booth until after 8:00 PM.

Water Access

Water will only be available at designated locations indicated on the site map. Vendors must provide their own containers for transport.
