General Rules and Regulations

Please review the following rules carefully. Submission of an application indicates agreement with all festival policies.

Application & Acceptance

  • Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
  • Acceptance decisions will be based on:
    • Completion of the application
    • Representation of traditional/ethnic arts
    • Cultural authenticity
    • Previous festival participation
  • All participation fees must be paid in full by Friday, June 26, 2026. Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of acceptance
  • Booth space assignments are final and non-transferable.

Festival Day Information

  • The festival will take place on Saturday, July 11, from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  • Exhibitors must arrive and check in at the Information Booth no later than 9:00 AM (three hours prior to opening).
  • All vendors/exhibitors are required to remain set up until the official close of the festival at 8:00 PM. No cars/vehicles allowed in booth prior to that time.

Booth Setup & Display Guidelines

  • Driving or parking on the grass for setup is strictly prohibited.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for transporting their own materials and merchandise to their booth space.
  • Only items listed on and approved through the application process may be displayed or sold.
  • Each exhibitor will be provided with:
    • One (1) table
    • Two (2) chairs
  • Additional tables, chairs, tents, and electricity may be available for an additional fee (if requested and approved in advance).

Compliance & Conduct

  • The iFest Bolingbrook Committee reserves the right to reject any items that are political, conflict with Village of Bolingbrook ordinances or are deemed inappropriate for the event.
  • The Village of Bolingbrook assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Exhibitors participate at their own risk.
  • Any exhibitor found in violation of these rules may be asked to leave the festival grounds without refund.

Parking & Unloading

  • Exhibitors may not drive or park vehicles on grassy areas.
  • The road behind Town Center may be used for unloading and loading only.
  • Access to the unloading area will close at 10:30 AM, and all vehicles must be cleared by that time.
  • Free onsite parking for participants will be available.
  • Commissioners will be onsite to guide you through.

Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event. As with all outdoor festivals, inclement weather is possible. Exhibitors are responsible for:

  • Protecting their merchandise
  • Securing tents and displays
  • Preparing for varying weather conditions

The festival will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by event organizers. Fees are non-refundable.
