Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Submissions

Where Should Tier II reports be Sent?

1. Tier II and MSDS submissions must be made to each of the following:

A. IEMA as the State Emergency Response Commission, electronically, through Tier II Manager on IEMA’s online reporting system.

B. Will County LEPC, copy with a “wet” signature printed from Tier II Manager, submitted via email to lepc@willcountyillinois.com.

2. Section 302 Notice must be submitted to the following:

A. IEMA, as the State Emergency Response Commission, electronically through Tier II Manager.

B. Will County LEPC, printed copy from Tier II Manager, submitted via email to lepc@willcountyillinois.com.

3. Chemical Emergency Response Plans can be submitted via email to lepc@willcountyillinois.com.
