St. Patrick's Day Traffic Safety Campaign Results

The Bolingbrook Police Department recently joined forces with state and local law enforcement and highway safety partners in the St. Patrick’s Day enforcement campaign. This campaign ran from March 13th to March 23rd and resulted in 29 citations for seat belt, speeding, distracted driving, and various other vehicle code violations.

The Bolingbrook Police Department reminds all drivers and passengers to buckle up - every trip, every time, and double check all child safety seats!

The St. Patrick's Day safety effort was funded by federal highway safety funds administered by the Illinois Department of Transportation.
