Notice: Utility Billing Payment Portal Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with our online Utility Billing payment portal. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

If you would like to pay your Utility Bill urgently, feel free to pay over the phone via our automated system ((888) 287-0244), or bring a copy of your latest utility bill to our finance department at Town Center (375 W. Briarcliff Rd.). We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Online Payments

If you have questions or need assistance paying your bill, contact the Village of Bolingbrook at (630) 226-8430 or email UBilling@bolingbrook.gov.

Utility Bills

Clipart of person throwing trash into trash binUtility bills are sent out through mail/e-mail on a quarterly basis. Bills are due and payable upon receipt. Any bill that remains unpaid for 30 days after the billing date are subject to a 10% penalty.

Online Options

Users can pay for their utility bills and access their account by clicking on the box below. The Village has upgraded the login portal, and all residents will need to follow these instructions to sign up to the new portal.
