How Residents Can Help
Residents can help reduce localized flooding by:
✔ Keeping leaves and grass clippings out of streets and storm drains
✔ Never dumping debris into drainage ditches or waterways
✔ Properly disposing of motor oil, chemicals, and household waste
✔ Reporting blocked storm drains before heavy rain events whenever possible
✔ Reporting drainage concerns promptly
Working together helps protect neighborhoods, improve water quality, and maintain the Village's stormwater system.
